New patients
Your first visit, explained
Not knowing what to expect is half of dental anxiety, so here is the whole first appointment in order, along with the practical details: offers, insurance, and forms.
Three steps, no surprises
1
A conversation first
Your visit starts sitting up, talking. What brings you in, what has gone badly before, and what you want your teeth to be like. Zero judgment about how long it has been.
2
Exam and X-rays
A thorough look at your teeth, gums, bite, and existing dental work, with digital X-rays where needed to see what the eye cannot.
3
A plan you control
Everything found is shown to you and explained in plain English. Nothing is decided over your head, and the pace is yours to set.
Current offers
New patient special

Exam and X-rays for your first visit, the same two steps described above.
Dental implants

Please confirm current offers when you call.
Insurance and payment
Most insurances accepted
We file claims as a courtesy for our patients. Payment is due at each appointment for anything insurance does not cover, and we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. Financing plans are available, and HSA or FSA dollars can be used toward treatment.
Paperwork
Forms, without the homework
New patient forms are ready for you at the front desk, and we can email them to you when you book. Arrive ten minutes early and we will sort them out together. Please bring completed forms with you rather than sending them back electronically; your medical history belongs in our hands, not in an inbox.
